Full-Time Sales Support / Customer Support Associate

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Position

A well-established international company specializing in premium water and wellness products is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Support / Customer Support Associate to join its New York branch.

In this on-site role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, provide information about products and services, conduct product demonstrations, and support daily sales and branch operations. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term employment with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer questions about products and services
  • Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
  • Support on-site sales activities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom
  • Process sales transactions using the POS (Point-of-Sale) system
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
  • Prepare basic sales reports as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily branch operations
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to approximately 30 lbs.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays
  • Must be interested in long-term employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or trilingual candidates (English plus another language) are highly preferred. Languages such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Spanish are especially welcomed.
  • Previous retail sales, showroom, customer service, or sales support experience
  • Experience using POS (Point-of-Sale) systems
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Interest in health, wellness, or consumer products

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position (5 days per week).

Applicants must be available to work on Saturdays.

The weekly work schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation

  • $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
