Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Sales organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

Assist with daily administrative sales tasks, including contract modifications and processing business requests.
Prepare quotes for licenses, upgrades, and downgrades.
Support customers with administrative contract and service changes under guidance from the Sales Support Team Manager.
Assist Key Users when needed.
Manage the general sales queue daily, track assigned sales tickets, and use the buddy system for coverage.
Ensure timely response to tickets and provide internal support to the Inside Sales team.

What You Bring

1 year of experience working in the Data Center or Tech Industry
1–3 years of sales experience.
College degree or equivalent professional education.
Basic knowledge or interest in operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), networking (Cisco), and server hardware (Dell, HP, IBM).
Familiarity with CRM software (SAP)
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to travel as needed.
Valid driver’s license.

You bring 1–3 years of sales experience and a strong customer-focused mindset. You’re driven to go the extra mile to support the sales organization, help turn leads into deals, and develop positive relationships with new and existing customers. You have a natural ability to connect with people and a genuine interest in the IT and hosting industry.
