Sales Support Specialist

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• This entry level position is an all-around sales support position that will support our operations in a number of areas:  Warehouse support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Front counter support, Order expediting and follow up, and parts delivery.  

• Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when needed
• Support front counter service, and build customer relations
• Customer interaction via the telephone, email and web; respond and provide quotations to customers promptly
• Provide immediate customer support to meet their needs; quotations, technical research, literature requests, manufacturer interaction, and order expediting
• Escalate backorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations 
• Collaborate with the Waltham sales team to assist in customer solutions and provide a positive customer experience
• Interact with manufacturing partners and build sustainable relationships
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
