Sales Support Specialist

Collaborate closely with account managers to efficiently book freight orders. You will utilize our transportation management system (TMS) to process orders precisely and quickly. Address customer inquiries and adapt to their evolving needs, ensuring exceptional service!

• Team Collaboration - Collaborate with account managers to ensure a precise and efficient freight booking process for our customers.
• Process Orders - Build and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring that all information is accurate and that additional requests are entered.
• Maintain Customer Relationships - Monitor customer feedback scorecards to identify and alert the team of successes and opportunities.
• Customer and Driver Communication - Answer phone calls from drivers and customers, respond to inquiries or routing callers to the appropriate department/individual.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least one (1) year of expeirence in a position requiring data entry (an equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted).

• Previous experience entering and processing orders or invoices.
• Previous experience with a transportation management system (TMS), McLeod experience strongly preferred.

• Salary: $18.00 - $22.81 per hour, decided based on experience.
• Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
