Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively in a team oriented environment to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining speed and accuracy to secure orders. The sales support group provides a positive and fast paced dynamic which aligns to the overall Studco Company culture. We are a growing Global business looking for key team members to take the company to the next level. Studco will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity for both career development and industry exposure.

Duties & Responsibilities  

• Enter quotations and projects into ERP System (Netsuite)


• Manage responses to customer inquiries, keep the turnaround time to less than 24 hours
  


• Answer sales calls and provide fanatical customer service


• Keep up to date on quote and project follow up


• Willingness to reach out to customers for missing information


• Conduct regular project follow up and document feedback


• Other related duties as assigned by the General Manager of Sales

Main Activities and Performance standards:

• Work as a team with the Sales department to do whatever is needed.


• Have great Phone and Communication Skills


• Manage time in an effective manner.


• Confidentiality is paramount.

• Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred

• Knowledge of Netsuite ERP a plus


• Knowledge of the construction industry a plus
