The Role
The Sales Support Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of client orders, partnering with Regional Managers, wholesale partners, sales teams, and clients to manage multiple interior design projects from pre-order through delivery. This role ensures timely product delivery and upholds the luxury service standards of our brand. Responsibilities may also include operational tasks such as processing refunds. It’s a great opportunity to blend your passion for design and luxury with a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced sales environment.
This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 2/3 days per week or as dictated by business.
$25 - $28 an hour
