The Opportunity


Join our sales team as Sales Support Specialist and drive revenue growth through comprehensive administrative support and customer relationship management. This detail-oriented role combines sales administration, promotional management, and customer service to ensure our sales team has the tools and information needed to succeed with major retail partners like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Costco.



What You'll Do



  • Provide daily administrative support, order entry, and tracking for sales team members

  • Handle routine customer inquiries, provide order status updates, and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems

  • Input and manage promotions and pricing changes in retail systems, track promotional effectiveness

  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, generate performance metrics and dashboards, and assist with forecasting

  • Support implementation of new sales tools, document best practices, and optimize CRM usage for team efficiency

  • Coordinate communication between sales and other departments, assist with customer presentations and materials



What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years in sales support, administrative support, or customer service with demonstrated success in fast-paced environments

  • Experience working with big-box retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco) or their vendor portals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and EDI systems 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional customer service abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma with additional relevant experience considered
