Medix Infusion is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented Sales Support Specialist  to provide key administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team. This role will report to the Sales/Marketing Specialist and collaborate closely with sales leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across sales operations, internal communications, events, and brand initiatives.

Medix Infusion is a technology-driven healthcare company focused on enhancing access to personalized infusion therapy. We deliver patient-centered care through in-home and in-suite infusion treatments for chronic and acutely ill patients, especially those in underserved communities. Our expert team provides a wide range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making every patient experience as comfortable and seamless as possible.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, Sales/Marketing Specialist, and other internal departments and external vendors.
     
  • Coordinate distribution of sales premiums and collateral; manage shipping, inventory tracking, and updates to sales materials in response to evolving strategies.
     
  • Assist with updates and content management for the Medix Infusion intranet, website, Microsoft Teams messaging, and company-wide internal communications.
     
  • Partner with FUNCO, Medix’s employee engagement committee, to support employee incentives, holiday celebrations, and      internal events.
     
  • Support planning and execution of community outreach, charitable partnerships, trainings, and industry conferences.
     
  • Assist with CRM database entry and maintenance; contribute to sales reporting and marketing project support as needed.
     
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an administrative support role; prior experience in sales support, marketing, or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
     
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
     
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
     
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems and creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, talk, and hear. There may be prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, and reading. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff.
