Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our niche company as a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is to support those employees who provide crisis Medicaid planning recommendations to elder law attorneys, insurance agents, and their clients through the use of specialized insurance products. The Sales Support Specialist will function as the backup point-of-contact between attorneys, insurance agents, and insurance companies. The Sales Support Specialist will also assist the Administration Department with various ongoing projects and tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the Medicaid program on a national and state-specific level and apply this knowledge when assisting with cases.
Provide superior, professional, and timely customer service.
Assist clients with basic policy and payment questions.
Float amongst sales staff to provide case design support and serve as the primary administrative backup to their caseload, as needed.
Facilitate commission and administrative fee audits received by multiple insurance carriers for accurate revenue tracking.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, paralegal studies, communications, or related degree pertaining to role.
1+ year working in personal finance, an insurance-licensed role, sales, customer service, the legal field, or related role is preferred.
Ability to obtain WI insurance license.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Working Hours:
Standard business hours Monday-Friday; 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., with Fridays closing at 1:00 P.M. in the summer months.
