Sales Support Specialist
BathWorks of Michigan — the nation’s fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer — is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to keep our sales process running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be the go-to teammate behind the scenes — making sure contracts are accurate, schedules stay on track, and our sales reps have the support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  Review and audit contracts to ensure accuracy with pricing and financing.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate schedules between sales reps and customer care.

  
  


• 
  

  Process and track change orders and financing updates.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep reporting tools and internal systems accurate and up to date.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide communication and follow-up support to sales reps.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with other departments to quickly solve issues and create a seamless customer journey.

What We Offer

  Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience)
