THE JOB:
At MGM Resorts International, our Sales Systems & Reporting Manager plays a critical role in supporting Hotel Sales teams across our properties by ensuring accurate reporting, reliable systems, and actionable insights that drive revenue performance.
This role serves as a key liaison between property sales teams, corporate stakeholders, and IT, while owning reporting, forecasting support, and system training related to our Sales & Catering platform. You’ll help translate data into strategy, close short- and long-term performance gaps, and support convention and group business analysis across the enterprise.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support Hotel Sales teams by managing reporting, analytics, and system functionality related to Sales & Catering platforms
Define business problems, collect data, and prepare analytical and statistical reports using spreadsheets and financial models
Produce Month-End, Quarterly, and Annual reports for MGM Resorts properties and corporate leadership
Maintain accurate inventory records, forecasts, and yield management data
Analyze historical, pacing, segmentation, and pricing data to support accurate forecasting and revenue optimization
Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for revenue maximization opportunities
Serve as a liaison between property sales offices and corporate hotel sales teams
Provide hands-on system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Sales & Catering platform users
Develop and deliver system training for new Sales & Catering users
Maintain corporate reporting and documentation within internal knowledge-sharing tools
Monitor system functionality and interfaces, partnering closely with IT on enhancements and issue resolution
Support special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales leadership and executive stakeholders
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1+ year of prior relevant experience in a related field
Experience in hospitality or finance industry preferred
Working knowledge of enterprise systems preferred
Strong analytical, mathematical, and reporting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse business partners
Professional demeanor and sound judgment
Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
