Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive sales professionals.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to help team members reach their sales goals.
Lead by example and maintain an active presence on the sales floor.
Work directly with customers to present vehicle pricing, payment options, and deal structures.
Present numbers, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and confidently close deals.
Assist sales team members with customer negotiations, deal presentations, and closing opportunities.
Monitor individual and team performance, sales goals, and key performance metrics.
Develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize team performance.
Assist with customer concerns and help ensure a positive buying experience.
Hold regular team meetings and communicate expectations, goals, and performance updates.
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Work closely with dealership management to meet overall sales objectives.
Previous automotive sales experience required.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.
A positive attitude and a passion for developing people.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
