About Us:
At Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Chattanooga, we're all about keeping homes and businesses clean and damage-free. From carpet and floor cleaning to water and storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, and more, we have the tools and expertise to get the job done right.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Math Skills: Basic math to figure out square footage to pick the right equipment for the job.
Tech Skills: Comfortable with mobile devices for daily tasks and scheduling.
Experience: We train the Voda way of cleaning, so no experience necessary, but at least one year of floor cleaning or specialty cleaning experience is a plus. If you have certificates from the IICRC like Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), great—but not a must have.

This role goes beyond cleaning – it's about recognizing opportunities to offer additional services that benefit the client.
What You’ll Do:
Perform Expert Carpet Cleaning: Provide top-tier carpet and upholstery cleaning with a focus on delivering quality results.
Duct Cleaning and Sanitization: You'll use our innovative equipment to clean and sanitize air ducts to enhance the customer's indoor air quality.
Suggestive Selling: Use your knowledge of our full range of services to recommend additional cleaning options like stain protection, tile and grout cleaning, air duct services, or pet odor removal.
Boost Ticket Size: Identify customer needs and educate them on how additional services can improve their home's cleanliness and extend the life of their carpets.
Build Customer Relationships: Create trust with clients by offering professional advice and personalized service recommendations.
Meet Sales Goals: Aim to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively upselling services based on customer needs and preferences, WITHOUT selling them services they don't want or need.
