We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales-to-Service Representative to join our team in the automotive service drive. This role is responsible for engaging service customers, identifying vehicle acquisition opportunities, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Responsibilities

  Greet and engage customers arriving in the service drive.

  Build rapport and assess customer needs regarding their current vehicle.

  Identify opportunities to acquire customer vehicles for dealership inventory.

  Create interest in new or upgraded vehicle options.

  Seamlessly hand off qualified upgrade prospects to the sales team.

Qualifications
