Sales Trainee

Are you interested in sales, but don’t know where to start? Our Sales Trainee program will allow you to learn industrial sales from the ground up. 

Weimer Bearing is looking for proactive, organized candidates to join our sales trainee development program at our Greenville, South Carolina location. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to learn our industry, train with the best, advance within our company and manage their own accounts and customers. The Sales Trainee Program Includes:

• Fabrication and Field Training – Train in our belt fabrication department. Gain hands-on experience with our products and services from our talented conveyor belt specialists.
• Sales and Product Training – Learn the ins and outs of industrial sales from our knowledgeable trainers and mentors. Partake in our in-house product training program, which includes a trip to our headquarters. Have the opportunity to travel to our other      branches and learn about our products and services. 
• After Completion of the program – Join one of our growing locations in a sales focused career. 

Education and Experience:

• Associates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Internship or related work experience in a customer service position preferred
