Sales Trainee - Entry Level

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Trainee! 

Here at SoCal Consulting, we grow solely organically, therefore every employee starts off Entry Level and is provided the opportunity to grow as far as they’d like with us. Through our thorough training program, we are looking for someone who is looking to work hard, learn a lot, and take charge of their career. 

Entry Level Sales Trainee- Starting off by Mastering the Basics:

• Self-management: Being on time, professional, etc. 
• Sales and Customer service basics
• Client product knowledge
• Establishing consistency in day-to-day work

Entry Level Sales Trainee- What you will learn in Team Leadership:

• Teach newer entry-level team members how to do the job you just mastered
• Train and re-training other Marketing & Sales Associates
• Take on more responsibility within the workplace 

Entry Level Sales Trainee- What you will learn in Assistant Management:

• Payroll
• Company financials
• Human Resources 
• Managing an entire team
