Project Overview:
  • In this role, you will provide support and own the development of a new sales knowledge base, and design program collateral.
  • Your work will help to ensure that employees have the right knowledge and materials to bring this global program to market.

Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Training Material Content Developer will partner with various cross-functional stakeholders to identify and support needs for client’s Advertiser and Agency focused programs.
  • Experience in Content Strategy: Guide the planning, development, and management of training or presentation content.
  • Create internal and external ready sales materials that clearly communicate program details; this includes being able to synthesize ideas of subject matter experts and create effective content for varied audiences.
  • Create visual presentations for internal sellers and external clients.
  • Understanding marketing strategy and copy/design best practices is essential for this role.
  • Support strategic cross-functional program launch and sales training events throughout the year.
  • Execute project plans and identify tasks, dependencies, and next steps to meet goals.
  • Manage content deliverables and logistics.
  • Develop comms and surveys for attendees.
  • Coordinate internal and vendor teams to execute event or training content.
  • Provide program management tracking and seller support where needed.
  • Use critical thinking and strategic thinking skills to quickly formulate workarounds and quickly resolve issues that may arise.
  • Quickly become a subject matter expert on various processes and support seller facing troubleshooting in a scaled manner.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills, especially experience managing complex projects across multiple functions and product areas.
  • Discernment and ability to prioritize, including identifying and consulting relevant stakeholders as changes arise that require input and alignment with goals.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and be resourceful in order to meet project goals within deadlines.
  • Strong experience using and collaborating in Google workspace, especially slides, sheets, docs.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills including content strategy skills and presentation design skills.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
  • Data analysis skills including strong expertise with SQL or Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in troubleshooting in a scaled manner.
  • Process mapping skills and ability to visualize a complex process flow and identify solutions to resolve.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
