The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of the sales onboarding, training programs, and processes that enhance the effectiveness and performance of the sales team. This role equips new hires with the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to succeed from day one, and partners with sales leaders to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. This role applies sales and training knowledge to assess needs, design learning solutions, deliver high-impact training sessions and evaluate program outcomes in support of business and revenue objectives. In addition, this role equips new hires and tenured sales team members with skills and knowledge to be successful in selling products, software and services.
