Position Overview 

The Treatment and Product Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Creations Med Aesthetics & Wellness Spa. This position is responsible for conducting in-depth skin and wellness consultations, creating personalized treatment programs, and recommending home care solutions that align with each guest’s goals. With a strong focus on results, education, and relationship-building, the Specialist serves as both a trusted advisor and a revenue driver—ensuring that each guest receives the highest level of care while supporting the spa’s performance targets. This is a client-facing, consultative role ideal for a passionate, sales-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform consultations and evaluations to identify individual guest needs 

• Recommend and customize medi spa/spa treatment programs and home care regimens 

• Confidently discuss pricing, package benefits, and secure client commitments 

• Utilized advanced diagnostic tools and skin analysis equipment 

• Conduct thorough guest exit interviews and gather satisfaction feedback 

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate client records in the EMR system 

• Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews 

• Assist with inventory, retail displays, and product knowledge education 

• Participate in marketing and special events, including sampling and outreach 

• Ensure treatment rooms and consultation areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing 

• Comply with HIPAA and OSHA standards, along with all local sanitation and safety regulations 

• Enroll guests in VIP Memberships and monitor their progress and satisfaction 

• Track individual performance and continuously strive for excellence 
   

Qualifications 

• Licensed esthetician or related background in skin/wellness field 

• In-depth knowledge of medical aesthetics, skincare, and wellness products 

• Confident in recommending both treatment programs and retail products 

• Sales-driven with a strong guest service background 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 

• Proficient in software systems and EMR usage 

• College degree preferred 

• Strong professional presence with excellent grooming standards 

• Highly motivated with effective time management and follow-through 

• Passion for education and professional growth
