This Sales/Customer Service Leader Position Features:
The Sales and Customer Service Leader is a member of the sales team. As part of the
sales team, you will help coordinate office activities to ensure first-class customer service and support. You will be answering
incoming inquiries by phone, email, and internet and providing sales quotations and marketing activity support. The successful
candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to take on and drive multiple tasks to
completion. This position would be ideal for someone looking to take control and organize the day-to-day customer service
activities and then expand the scope of the role as the organization grows.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
Provide product quotations.
Gather, analyze, and generate reports and sales metrics
Processing customer orders, and returns, and working with the production team to verify and confirm.
Communication with external customers relating to their orders.
Maintain and update the log of customer sales inquiries via CRM.
Maintain distributor and sales representative agreements.
Coordinate gathering and supply of technical documentation for vendor approvals and large bid submissions.
Assist with website content and help provide social media presence.
Help coordinate and attend trade shows and other customer-related events.
Perform other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills; Bilingual a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, EXCEL, ACCESS.
Experience with CRM or other database management software a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to take on and drive multiple tasks to completion
Experience working with ISO9000 Quality Systems a plus.
Customer service support experience in an office environment.
