Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
- Promote and sell our products/services to customers by highlighting key features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Work with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus).
