Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Admin with a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the New England region. As a Salesforce Admin with Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance our client business processes and drive innovation in the life sciences sector.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in the life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
