Main Responsibilities
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and flows;
- Analyse business requirements and work with Salesforce development team on daily basis;
- Create, maintain, and support of data loading and bulk updates using standard and custom tools;
- Create, configure, and manage standard and customized environments;
- Perform development support and maintenance support in Salesforce;
- Supporting and enforcing the maintenance of data quality within the system;
- Creation and support of Salesforce dashboards and reports;
- Build automations using flows;
- User onboarding and offboarding.
Core Requirements
- Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce.com);
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required;
- Good communications skills and fluent English;
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organization;
- Skills of business analyst;
- Willingness to learn from others.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2200 - 4000 EUR/Month.
