A Salesforce Business Analyst plays a critical role in improving business processes and efficiency within Salesforce. They collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to business challenges. Their goal is to produce data-driven solutions that enhance the organizations use of Salesforce.

Skills and Requirements

Must haves:

5+ years salesforce analyst experience (open to up to 10-12 years)

Hands on experience using Sprinklr within salesforce

VWO testing experience

Strong communication skills between internal stakeholders and IT teams

Basic understanding of SQL

Bachelor's degree in related field null
