Senior Business Analyst/Admin- Salesforce
The Business Applications team provides platform, business process, and technology expertise to support our global systems, both back office and front office tools, by designing / improving business processes, managing complex implementation projects, providing user support and training, and keeping the business application landscape up and running 24/7.In addition, the Business Applications team helps optimize the use of all business applications implemented in a cost-effective manner, to support and enhance overall success.
What You Will Work On:
Production support for modules within Salesforce. Work on a day-to-day basis with key business contacts to ensure any bugs found in Salesforce are fixed. Work with Salesforce development team to code items business are requesting.
Project support for implementation of additional modules, integrations with Salesforce. Part of the future project team for implementing Service Cloud, Pardot, and Ecommerce will be part of this role.
Help define Salesforce roadmap based on business priorities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use Salesforce.
Technical Support Provided in conjunction with Sales Cloud and CPQ Delivery teams and Global IT Operations.
Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
Top Skills Required:
Required 4-6 years of experience within Salesforce
Experience grooming Jira tickets, and maintaining ticket backlog
Experience in the business processes in CPQ platform, Service Cloud/Pardot (Marketing Cloud) are the hard requirements.
Demand management establishing rules and processes around gathering IT requests from business stakeholders, prioritizing, comparing against current capacity and scheduling timelines to deliver
Skilled in all areas of Project and Program Management including requirements definition, process documentation, configuration and build management, test processes, change management
Comfortable working with and managing vendor relationships
Ability to understand and work within appropriate budget allocations
Sales Cloud is nice to have.
