Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration, Customization and Development
- Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Implement and maintain custom applications and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to manage expectations and provide updates.
- Train end-users on Salesforce use, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Business Analysis
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, then take action to optimize and automate.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide advanced technical support to internal users, resolving complex issues related to Salesforce and integrated applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Support the day-to-day operations of more than 75 users.
- Integration Management
- Utilize integration tools and services such as Workato and DocuSign to streamline business processes across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, particularly Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
- Experience working in a regulated compliance environment (e.g., FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4) is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like MYSQL, JavaScript, Apex, Native, and VisualForce.
- Experience integrating with APIs as well as platforms such as Workato
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze, write test cases and validate them.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Additional Information
- This role will be 100% on-site based out of our Austin, TX, San Diego, or Washington D.C. site.
- Occasional travel with notice may be required to augment field services or other business requirements; less than 25%.
- This role may require flexibility to work on weekends or outside standard business hours to meet project deadlines, respond to urgent needs, or support critical business operations.
