The Salesforce Practice Lead will own the Salesforce strategy, delivery, and roadmap, driving CRM transformation to support revenue growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute enterprise Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and scale Salesforce teams across architecture, development, and administration.
Drive enterprise implementations, integrations, and platform optimization.
Partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and delivery excellence.
Own KPIs, capacity planning, and hiring strategy for the Salesforce practice.
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and platform best practices.
Functional expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, AppExchange).
Experience leading large -scale Salesforce programs and enterprise implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
10+ years of Salesforce experience; relevant certifications preferred.
