Salesforce Product Manager (Can write functional requirements regarding SFDC/previous Admin background)
6+ month contract
100% Remote

Description:
The most important skills is a Product Manager with strong Salesforce experience (previous Administrator experience would be a plus). Health Cloud is a strong plus as well.
It is strongly preferred that they do have health insurance payer experience.
Very important that this person has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Please use your best judgement to pre-screen out any candidates who don't seem to be able to work collaboratively.

Overview of Position:
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
Experience Managing product development cycle from wire framing to successful product launch.( 8+ years)
Product Management
Agile/Collaborative Methods
UX Design Management
Change Management and Negotiations
Healthcare, Life Sciences
Some experience as Project Manager/ Scrum Master experience is helpful
Health Cloud Product Manager experience a Plus
Knowledge of Provider Network Management is a huge Plus
Agile/Scrum Framework
Health Cloud and Provider domain experience is a plus
Experience working with Payers/Health Insurance companies
Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare processes and specific industry standards, works with PO and Architects to help translate client requests to technical solutions
Ability to influence product roadmap and product feature selection.
Work closely with PO to document new features as stories to enhance the product. Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality capabilities is required.
Strong understanding of Salesforce out of the box versus custom solutions
Prior experience as an Administrator is a plus
