Diverse Agile Solutions (DAS) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Release Manager to support and coordinate release management activities across multiple Salesforce environments and orgs. This role is responsible for ensuring Salesforce releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality while maintaining synchronization across development, testing, and production environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce administration and deployment experience, strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
This position supports Agile sprint-based delivery cycles and reports directly to the Senior Salesforce Technical Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support Salesforce release management activities across multiple orgs and environments
Ensure successful delivery of weekly, sprint-based, and project-driven Salesforce releases
Support back-promotion of changes across lower-level orgs to maintain environment synchronization
Develop solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform
Build custom demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) using Salesforce technologies
Ensure Salesforce technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and scalability requirements
Develop technical business solutions, presentations, and demonstrations
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including developers, QA analysts, administrators, and business stakeholders
Adhere to established DevOps and change management processes
Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile sprint ceremonies
Document processes, system changes, deployment activities, and issue resolutions
Evaluate, test, and support Salesforce platform releases and enhancements
Support and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud functionality including:
Case Management
Omni-Channel
Flow Automation
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, permission structures, sharing rules, and groups
Experience with release automation and version control best practices
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and environment strategy
Experience with Salesforce sandboxes, metadata management, and deployment planning
Knowledge of release automation and CI/CD best practices
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and teamwork abilities
Proactive mindset with commitment to continuous process improvement
Ability to thrive in fast-paced Agile environments
