Job Summary

AllCloud is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to spearhead the technical vision and execution of complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. In this leadership role, you will not only design and implement custom applications but also define the architectural standards and development methodologies that drive our global projects. 

You will serve as the primary technical authority, managing a team of developers, shaping long-term technical strategy, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance solutions

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, overseeing workload distribution, performance evaluations, and professional career growth.
• Review and approve all technical designs and code, serving as the final authority on code quality, security standards, and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders/clients and sales teams to provide high-level technical consultancy, effort estimation, and solution blueprints for prospective clients.
• Drive the modernization of existing Salesforce implementations, focusing on long-term scalability and the adoption of cloud-native methodologies.
• Set the standard for development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced integration patterns

Summary of Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (2 years in a lead developer capacity).
• Master-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, and complex system integrations via APIs and middleware.
• Demonstrated experience managing development teams, mentoring senior-level staff, and driving project lifecycles to completion.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Fluent English with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
