About the role In sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of piers and lifts manufactured by us and other leading brands. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, preparing proposals, and coordinating with production to ensure timely delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and exceptional customer service skills. What you'll do Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to discuss their requirements and provide product information. Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate pier or lift solution. Prepare accurate and timely proposals for customers, outlining product details, pricing, and delivery schedules. Collaborate with the production team to fulfill orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, competitors, and industry trends. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry or related field. Knowledge of boats, watercraft, and marine equipment is highly beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
