We're currently looking for an Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team and help us continue to build relationships and drive success. Plus, we’re offering a $3,500 monthly guarantee to start!  Depending on what day of the month you start, the guarantee will last between 60 and 90 days.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for motivated individuals who possess the following:

• Automotive Sales experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—you’re great at connecting with people.
• A customer-first attitude, always looking to provide the best experience possible.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn about the latest Kia models.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
