Salesperson - Direct Hire

Are you a skilled sales professional with a strong background in manufacturing or estimating? A growing precision machining company located in Milford, OH is directly hiring an experienced Salesperson/Estimator to join their team.

What You'll Do

As a Salesperson/Estimator, you'll play a key role in helping the company grow by:

• Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients
• Reviewing customer prints and specifications to create accurate, competitive quotes
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure successful job planning
• Following up on estimates and converting quotes into active projects
• Keeping detailed records of customer communications and project estimates

What We're Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in manufacturing sales and/or job estimating (precision machining experience highly preferred)
• A strong grasp of machining processes, materials, and tooling
• The ability to read technical drawings and interpret tolerances
• Solid math, analytical, and communication skills
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with estimating software and ERP systems (JobBoss2 experience is a big plus)
