Responsibilities

Sales Duties:

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers with selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.

  
  


• 
  

  Present vehicle features and benefits through test drives and product demonstrations.

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership profitability.

  
  

F&I Backup Duties:

• 
  

  Assist the Finance & Insurance Manager as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and review finance/lease paperwork with accuracy and compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Educate customers on financing options, extended warranties, and protection products.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure a smooth transition from sales to financing.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous sales experience preferred (automotive industry a plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented and able to handle paperwork with accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn F&I processes and grow within the role.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
