Service Technician – Customer-Focused & Detail-Driven

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, explaining options in a clear and respectful way,  and creating a positive experience from the first interaction to the final follow-up.

What You’ll Do

· Complete annual maintenance checks with precision and speed

· Inspect, maintain, and upgrade waterproofing, foundation, and concrete systems

· Build strong, professional relationships with homeowners through clear communication and genuine care

· Listen to customer needs, ask thoughtful questions, and help guide them to the right solution

· Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

· Educate customers on products, services, and next steps in a way that feels helpful—not pushy

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience

· Follow up and stay organized to make sure customers feel supported and informed throughout the process

 Experience & Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role (or a combination of education and experience that shows strong people skills)

· Knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer service principles is helpful

· Construction or home services experience preferred; consultative sales experience is a plus

· Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.

· Valid non-probationary driver’s license and safe driving record

· Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

· Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English
