Saline Personal care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Saline Personal Care Aide to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.


• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors.


• Adhere to all safety and health protocols.

Requirements

• Be able to work independently 


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle physical demands of the job.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Must pass background checks.
