Salon & Spa Front Desk

Our Culver City flagship location is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our premium beauty destination. Since opening in 2007, we've built a reputation for outstanding client experiences—and that starts with you.

About the Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing a busy reception desk where excellent service meets smooth operations. This includes greeting clients, managing our appointment book, processing transactions, handling multi-line phones and email correspondence, and supporting daily spa operations.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years salon/spa reception experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional phone presence and professional communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with scheduling software and computer systems
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Warm, friendly personality with a service-first mindset
• Weekend availability (at least one weekend day required)
