Salon Front Desk Associate

THE LASH LOUNGE® - Walnut Creek wants a Polished and Professional Front Desk Concierge !

We are an UPSCALE eyelash salon that takes great pride in creating an inviting atmosphere with an excellent customer experience to every guest, every time.

You: Sales Oriented, at least 2 Years Experience, excellent Customer Service Skills, highly motivated, able to multi-task with ease, experience using MS Office and other office software, exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with membership based business is a HUGE plus!

As our Front Desk Concierge, you are the first person our guests see. You MUST provide a Gold Standard experience to each guests with your pleasing greeting, courteous booking of appointments, care in assisting clients with retail products, and diligently maintain a clean and inviting environment. You will receive training on our front desk operations, customer service skills, and retail product offerings. We strongly value a positive work environment, fun culture, and seek the right candidate for our Team.

Evening position working nights until 9pm and weekends 6pm

Pay starting at $16-$18 depending on experience.

Pursuing a career in cosmetology is not required to apply, however cosmetology and anesthetics students are a huge plus. We are flexible and can work with your school schedule. There could be the opportunity to become one of our Lash Stylists once you are licensed and if an opening becomes available.
