Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional and energetic beauty Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. As the Salon Manager, you will The Salon Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the salon's success by driving exceptional customer service, effective team leadership, and efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon
- Oversee the front desk and client reception, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Address client feedback and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Hire, train, and supervise beauticians
- Manage appointment scheduling systems and ensure efficient booking processes. Create employee schedules
- Order products, supply needs and maintain inventory.
- Schedule regular maintenance of equipment and ensure peak operating conditions
- Adhere to the highest standards in beauty treatments and health and safety
- Implement and enforce salon policies, regulations, and health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a salon manager or similar position (will train for more experience)
- Extensive knowledge of salon treatments and products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in salon management software and computer skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Certification in cosmetology is preferred but not required
