Sample Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Sample Coordinator on-site in our plant in Goose Creek, SC.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the sample room and inventory pre-ship samples.
• Sending out required samples.
• Pulling and delivering samples as needed for production, lab and non-customer needs.
• Coordinating the sending of commercial samples through a third party.
• Maintaining updated inventory and required records.
• Assist with daily assignments for raw material/intermediate/finished goods in warehouse.
• Assist in controlling warehouse costs
• Monitoring material control functions to ensure accurate inventory figures.
• Participate in monthly and annual inventory.
• Helping to manage a strong safety program.
• Additional administrative duties including filing, preparing bills of lading, warehouse reports, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Regular hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours during the daytime with expectations of minimal additional hours.
