Sample Product & Shipping Coordinator (temporary)

Aqua Leisure is looking for a temporary Sample Product Coordinator/Shipper to support our product development and sales teams.  This position is based in Stoughton with frequent (required) local travel to Avon.  This position will:

Coordinate all sample product needs, job requests, and requirements for sales/customer meetings.

Via our project planning tool, manage workflows for all samples and job requests for specific customer meetings.  This includes but is not limited to requesting specific product samples, gathering product samples from two Aqua Leisure locations, verifying correct packaging, selecting product catalogues etc. and shipping to meeting site.

Workflow breakdown may include:

o Request for Samples

o Locating samples between the two locations

o Confirm updated packaging of core items

o Request for Packaging (complete with Samples)

o Request for Images (presentations/online etc.)

Monitor Job Request for on time finalization:

o Confirm all samples/product are complete and correct prior to required ship date

o Sample tag – put on samples if required

o Make sure Sales team approves all items prior to shipping

o Bring all items to Avon for shipping within appropriate timelines

o Track all shipments / Routing after presentation for shipping instructions back to Aqua.

o Knowledge of Prints (core & SMU) to correctly identify packaging and lounge samples

· Create carton markings/labels for sample shipments.

Provide samples photo for record.

Requirements

• Strong Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,
• High proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and WMS
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Effectively communicate in written and verbal form
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
• Work as a member of a team
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized to be able to work on multiple projects at once
• Sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
• Flexibility
• Strong desire to learn

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (safety/ weight belt provided, if requested). Specific vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus is required.
