Sample Receipt Coordinator

Summary

The Pasco, Washington Office of RJ Lee Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Sample Receipt Coordinator who will be responsible for sample inspection, receipt, log-in and acceptance of sample custody.

Qualifications/Specific Skills

• Sample inspection, receipt, and log-in, including acceptance of sample custody.
• Understanding recommended sample containers, sample preservation and sample storage and hold-times
• Must be able to work with analysts and management, as needed, to assure that samples are properly contained, stored, subsampled/split, and tested within the prescribed time frame.
• Log in samples into the LIMS system properly, including but not limited to, reporting, billing, storage, turn-around time and hold time information.
• Notify analysts when samples have been received.
• Work with analysts to understand if samples can be received.
