• Using LIMS system prepare for shipments, making sure appropriate temperature controlled shippers are on hand and conditioned appropriately
• Package material for shipment in a manner so that materials arrive at the destination site intact, within temperature range (if requested) and have appropriate paperwork enclosed
• Follow all department procedures and SOP’s; understand and apply GMP regulations to daily work; document data accordingly to regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Comfortable to work on different sites within an hour drive
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cold chain shipments
• Familiar with DOT/IATA

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma + 2 year experience (minimum) or college degree in related field
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, may include some weekends.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Zionsville/ Lebanon Indiana are encouraged to apply.
