We are looking for a professional and friendly Food Expeditor to join our team! Your main goal in this position should be to ensure the highest level of clients' satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience

Job Summary:

The Expeditor
has the primary objective of driving the vision for company and customer standards. Accountable for shaping and delivering the business’s production in order to drive the overall performance of the department. Balances company and customer demands with delivery and execution. Ensures that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. Oversees cost effectiveness, productivity, and the provision of company and customer demands that nurture continuous improvement. Responsible for implementing quality assurance principles and practices throughout the company.

  Promptly clean tabletops, seating, and floors after each guest- Deliver food/drinks to seated guests.

  Ensure food and beverage quality and order accuracy prior to serving.


• 
  Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude.

  Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers.

  Manage direct reports.

  Organize and review weekly progress.
