Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent required
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be willing to learn and be coached to be your best
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation 
• Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness guidelines
• Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
• Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of products including: Chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. 
• Set up line and work with others preparing meals, reading tickets, and working with others
• Adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.
• Understand & adhere/comply to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure that all products are consistently prepared and served according to CSC standards.
• Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, the appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working
