Key Accountabilities
Cleaning Responsible for cleaning the whole property. Operate cleaning equipment (for example steam cleaners, floor polishers) and use chemicals and other cleaning products safely and in accordance with instructions. Collect and dispose of garbage and waste according to the organisation’s waste removal and recycling policies. Maintenance Make adjustments and minor repairs (changing light bulbs etc. ). Stock and maintain supply rooms. Reporting Recognise and report pest infestations to supervisor or manager. Recognise and report all health & safety issues to a supervisor or manager (leakage, broken equipment etc. ). Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
