Sanitation Supervisor

Description

Our beverage production facility is currently looking for a Sanitation Supervisor. In this role you will directly manage our sanitation staff and inventory, ensuring employees adhere to our SSOP as well as local and state regulations. This role is essential to the health and success of our business, and you should take pride in the fact that the items we produce uphold the highest quality standards. We are looking for someone who can prevent issues before they affect production, so you should have a working knowledge of HAACP. You must also be familiar with the safe application of disinfectants and other chemicals. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sanitation operations
• Schedule and train sanitation employees.
• Maintain inventory of disinfectant and other cleaning supplies
• Keep documentation of cleaning schedule 
• Update our SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure)
• Conduct workplace audits to ensure compliance with regulations
• Follow GMPs (Good manufacturing Practices)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate degree 
• Experience in food and beverage production environment
• Supervisor or Management Experience (a plus)
• Working knowledge of HAACP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
