Sanitation Technician - 2nd Shift & No Weekends!

We’re looking for a Sanitation Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This is a hands-on role in a tight-knit crew, where you’ll be responsible for the cleaning, prepping, and setup that keeps our plant running safely and smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Deep clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery to meet strict food safety standards
• Use sanitation tools and chemicals with care, precision, and purpose
• Sanitize the production floor and prep the line for the next day’s run
• Serve as backup Sanitation Supervisor when needed: complete ATP swabbing, titrations, inspections, and log cleanroom records

Shift Schedule:

• 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday
• Typical hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Occasional Fridays may be required

• A strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way
• Comfortable working with sanitation tools and chemicals (we’ll train you!)
