SAP Ariba/Fieldglass Security Administrator - Urgent Role

We are currently seeking a SAP Ariba/Fieldglass Security Administrator for our client in the Technology, Media & Telecom domain. Role Description: The SAP Ariba/Fieldglass Security Administratormust have at least 5+ years of experience. This position is responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

You will work with other IT streams and functional business clients to:

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain SAP Ariba security, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the system.

- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to define and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.

- Define and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls for SAP Ariba modules in alignment with organizational policies.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP Ariba security configurations, incident response procedures, and security policies.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.

- Stay current with industry best practices and security trends, applying relevant updates and improvements to the SAP Ariba/SAP Fieldglass platform(s).

- Provide guidance and support to end-users on security-related issues and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure configurations for SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass.

- Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement remediation measures.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP Ariba security, configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Stay informed about SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass product updates and implement new security features as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5 years of assigning and troubleshooting security in SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, SAP S/4 or ECC, CRM, BW, Portal, PI, and other SAP systems.

- Minimum of 2 years working with SAP Solution Manager change processes.

- Proven experience as a SAP Ariba/Fieldglass Security Administrator

- 2 years or 2 full SAP Ariba/Fieldglass/MDG implementations

- At least 2 years’ or 2 full SAP Fieldglass implementations to include access controls, authentication, and data protection.

- Proven implementation of Fieldglass with SAP Ariba and other SAP modules.

- Proficiency in SAP Ariba security features, cloud security, and understanding of procurement processes.

- Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules and their security configurations.

- Through comprehension of information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies, role-based access controls, distributed systems administration, and distributed system recovery

- Background with User Administration in ABAP systems using SAP Standard codes, including PFCG, SU21, SU24, SU25 and SUIM.

- Solid understanding of SAP application security implementation methodologies, role-based access controls and different applications threats

- Knowledge of SoD concepts with the ability to drive security role remediation plans for audit and compliance related findings.

Education: Any/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
