• ·         Overall 15+ years experience in SAP upgrades


• ·         10+ years of experience in SAP Basis Netweaver Full Cycle Implementations and support.


• ·         Worked 5+ years as SAP Basis lead


• ·         Successfully handled EHP’s & Upgrades Projects in Global SAP system landscapes.


• ·         Experienced in SAP OS – DB System upgrades and MDMP to Unicode conversions 


• ·         Basis Architect in SAP Datacenter Migration, Hardware sizing, Optimization and Consolidation\


• ·         Good experienced in Install/Upgrade of SAP ECC and allied systems


• ·         Experience with Solution Manager 7.0 with ChaRM, EWA and Solution Monitoring.


• ·         Good knowledge of Project Management (ASAP), Quality Process & Delivery Mgt. skills


• ·         Initiated knowledge transfer and mentor to the SAP BASIS and Security team.
